KOJEVA REFUND POLICY
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial so you can use your brush consistently and see real results. Refunds can only be requested after the 30-day trial period has ended. We cannot issue refunds prior to this stage, as consistent daily use is required to experience the full benefits of the product.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can only be processed before your order has shipped and been fulfilled by our logistics team. Once a tracking number has been issued and your order is in transit, we cannot stop the shipment or cancel your order. Cancelled orders (prior to shipment) will be refunded to your original payment method.
Quality Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@kojeva.com within 7 days of receiving your package. You must attach photo proof of the issue in your email. Once verified, we will issue a full refund as store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return after your 30-day trial period, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
