Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kojeva.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial so you can use your brush consistently and experience real results. Refunds can only be requested after the 30-day trial period has ended, as consistent daily use is required to see the full benefits. Order cancellations can only be processed before your order has shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, we cannot stop the shipment. Cancelled orders (prior to shipment) will be refunded to your original payment method. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@kojeva.com within 7 days with your order number and photo proof. Once verified, we will issue a full refund as store credit. For exchanges, request a return after your 30-day trial period and make a separate purchase for the new item.
